Live Markets
List the live CLOB books known to this engine process. Use this first when you need the exact market label for API calls — the app/Mongo market _id is never accepted here.

market | Engine label used by /orders, /book, /ticker and /trades. EVM: evm:<chainId>:<clobMarketId>. Solana: the plain numeric on-chain market id. |
count | How many books are currently live in this engine instance. |
Each entry is the same shape as GET /markets/{market}.
X-API-Key<token>
Developer-portal API key (tp_live_… / tp_test_…), also accepted as Authorization: Bearer tp_…. Public market data needs no key; user-scoped reads need read, placing and cancelling need write.
