Current Orders
Returns current resting/open limit orders on the market. Use the optional user filter to inspect one maker wallet — the filter is owner-only, so the credential must belong to that wallet.

Developer-portal API key (tp_live_… / tp_test_…), also accepted as Authorization: Bearer tp_…. Public market data needs no key; user-scoped reads need read, placing and cancelling need write.
